Aljosa Kemperle

Co-Founder & Head of Engineering

   A veteran engineer of the 3D printing industry, Aljosa has engineered some of the most recognizable products in 3D printing including: the MakerBot Replicator 1 and 2 gantry system, MakerBot Z18, along with several subsystems and components spanning several products. His specialty is in motion systems,  injection molding, and sheet metal. His experience also include bringing products from prototype to full production. He holds 5 patents and spends his spare time fly fishing, and working on his Bonsai.

Robert Steiner

Co-Founder & Head of Product Development

   A US Navy Veteran, Rob was a member of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) participating in operations in the Pacific Rim. His experience in manufacturing and executive management stems from his time at Honda for new model development, Chief Product Officer at MakerBot Industries, and procurement/ERP implementation for a variety of industry sectors. He holds a MBA from Franklin University, is a 5X Ironman Triathlon finisher, avid designer and startup mentor.
